Custom web pages provide a good starting point for many companies but are "static" and are very limited in what they can achieve. Moreover, they require a web designer to make any future changes to the content and design.

Using a content management system is simple. The data is entered into an online form by an authorised user and then stored in database format on the server. This data can then be accessed by other program applications such as searches, shopping baskets etc and the information is then displayed using web page templates. The data can easily be found and changed using a simple login program or full administration window.
